New club Carthage Sketch Comedy has its first meeting TODAY

​An exciting new group is coming to campus and it needs members! Founded this fall, Carthage Sketch Comedy will begin hosting practices all semester. This new club is a performance based group, and will workshop comedy writing, practice sketches together, and even perform for the student body!

Founder Morgan Taylor is excited to bring a club to campus which can be a “happy medium” for students who want to try performing, but aren’t sure where to start. The best part of Carthage Sketch Comedy is that “anyone can be a part of it, no experience necessary!”

Carthage Sketch Comedy will have its first meeting at 9:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 24 at 9:30 p.m. in JAC 253. Get to know what sketch is, meet the other members, and get ideas for your first sketch!
