Carthage Theatre presents: “The Taming”
David A. Straz, Jr. Center Studio Theatre
“The Taming” is a political comedy written by playwright Lauren Gunderson and directed by Carthage alumnus Mitch Weindorf ’13 which takes its inspiration from Shakespeare’s “The Taming of the Shrew.”

CAB Field Trip to Fright Fest

CAB is taking students to Six Flags to experience all the thrills Fright Fest has to offer. Please note: You had to have previously signed-up for this event to participate. 

Stargazing at Griffin Observatory
7:30-9:30 p.m., Griffin Observatory at Kemper Center campus, 6501 3rd Ave, Kenosha
The Carthage Society of Physics Students and the Tremper High School Astronomical Society will make available to the public Carthage’s 11-inch telescope.

Family Fun Night: Colossal Chemical Reactions
6-7:30 p.m., Hedberg Library
The Chemistry Club will be hosting a colossal chemical reactions evening of learning and fun. They will perform chemical feats that will amaze children and adults. There will be an opportunity to do hands-on experiments that you can take home with you.

CAB movie presents: “Ant-Man and the Wasp”
8:30 p.m., Campbell Student Union
Carthage Activities Board will be showing “Ant-Man and the Wasp” at 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 17 and Saturday, Oct. 20 in the Campbell Student Union Auditorium.

Sunday, Oct. 21

Drive the Wasted Wagon
11 a.m.-12:30 p.m., North Lot 3
Please join the Residence Life Council and the Office of Public Safety in trying to drive the Wasted Wagon. Students are invited to drive through an obstacle course while wearing “drunk goggles.” Jeremy Mossman

Join us in the Recital Hall for a faculty recital featuring Professor Jeremy Mossman accompanied on piano by Kerry Hart Beineman, for a unique evening of storytelling that blurs the lines between recital, cabaret, and theatre.
