He aimed to provide a forum for area leaders to gather and discuss mutual concerns and opportunities. By tapping into the vast collective network of the College’s faculty and staff, members of the Steering Committee invite speakers who can address timely trends in the private and public sectors.

Recent speakers include ESPN legal affairs reporter Lester Munson, NatureSweet Ltd. President Bryant Ambelang, concussion researcher Michael McCrea, hotel executive Hoyt Harper, and “Voice of the Cubs” Pat Hughes.
